Official Word From EI: A single broker uploaded tickets with invalid characters and that caused any event which contained those tickets not to load correctly.

The facility housing our servers encountered a problem resulting in loss of connection to the outside world for all of their clients. The servers we maintain there did not experience problems - just the connection to the outside world. We will be following up with them to learn the cause of this downtime and what they plan to do to see that it NEVER happens again. We are extremely disappointed by this outage as they are supposed to be a world class facility with redundancy built into every aspect of operation.
